The Safer West Hollywood Coalition is a group of engaged community members and organizations from the West Hollywood area that work to prevent substance use and related harms. The Coalition’s goal is to provide local public policy solutions to problems facing the city of West Hollywood. We accomplish this by conducting outreach, providing resources, educating, and raising awareness directly with community members and our network.
We are collaborative in nature and share resources across programs and organizations to ensure the highest impact and the best health to our communities. While we do work closely with community members, some of our efforts focus on upstream solutions. We also engage in advocacy efforts at the local level.
